FAQ’s (Please click on each question below for more information)

1. Do you accept my dental insurance?

We accept almost all insurances. Please contact our office and ask for details on your specific benefits. If you have questions about the specifics of your dental insurance plan, we will be happy to help in any way that we can to allow you to maximize this benefit.

2. I do not have any dental insurance. What types of payment options are available?

We have created an in-house insurance program called our Patient Loyalty Program (PLP). This plan was created due to a large number of our loyal patients who found themselves without dental insurance. This plan allows them to receive the dentistry they need in a more affordable manner. Please call and ask for details about our Patient Loyalty Program today. We also offer payment plans with Care Credit and accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Checks and cash are also accepted. (ask about our upfront cash discount)

3. How can I make my teeth whiter?

By placing a tooth whitening gel in a professionally made custom tray, many patients obtain a much brighter smile. It is important to consult with your dentist before beginning this procedure to make sure you are a good candidate for teeth whitening and to discuss risks and benefits associated with this procedure.

4. What is a dental implant?

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root made from titanium that is surgically placed in the jawbone to replace a missing tooth or teeth, while also preserving bone. Ask us if this is a good option for you.

5. When should my child first see the dentist?

This is a common question asked by many first time parents. It is recommended by the American Dental Association that your child’s first dental visit should take place around 12 months of age or shortly after the eruption of the first baby tooth. Do not wait until your child has a toothache or a dental emergency to take him/her to the dentist for the first time. The experience may be very traumatic and one the child will probably remember for many years to come.

6. What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?

Call our regular phone number at any time. If the office is closed, you’ll be given Dr. Miller’s emergency help phone number to call. He will answer any questions pertaining to your emergency and then come to the office for emergency treatment if needed.
